Focuses on the strategic decisions necessary to match organizational resources with market opportunities. Students learn to analyze market opportunities, to develop marketing plans and marketing mix strategies, and to manage implementation and control of the marketing plan.

Overview

The MBA in Marketing Management prepares students for careers in marketing management, product management, marketing of financial services, sales management, Advertising, and related staff positions. By choosing appropriate electives, students can orient their studies toward career opportunities that provide maximum potential for advancement. The goal of the program is to prepare students for a first-level marketing management position in for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Program and Courses

The MBA in Marketing Management program blends theory and practice into a curriculum that enhances the understanding of marketing management. Our program seeks to develop skills and abilities in students that enable them to engage in analysis and successful decision making in all spheres of marketing. Faculty require integrative cases and/or term projects in the majority of their classes to ensure that MBA students gain experience in group problem solving, negotiation, managerial decision making, budgeting and time management.
