Reviews systems development principles with an object orientation as they
relate to the analysis and design of database applications, knowledge base
systems, and object-oriented programming. The C++ programming language is
used extensively to illustrate such characteristic properties of current
object oriented programming techniques as encapsulation, inheritance, and
polymorphism.
