Strategic Management
Strategic Management
Considers the diverse situations typically confronted by upper-level
management and strategies for managing these situations, using knowledge
acquired through study of the MBA Core. These strategies are based on an
analysis of the internal conditions of the firm and the constraints and
opportunities afforded by the external environment. Students learn to
develop strategy implementation plans that provide detailed descriptions of
appropriate executive action. This course can only be taken during students'
last semester.
Strategic Management (MBA)
The Regis MBA Strategic Management specialization focuses on the process of positioning an organization for success. Managers in a strategically-focused company must understand how their role fits into the organization and ultimately, how they can work toward an overall company strategy. This specialization helps students understand the importance of defining a corporate strategy, managing strategically, and change management.
